What we have achieved
Vivre Co Australia
Feel Beautiful, Do good
Each beauty service provided funds the education of a girl living in poverty
Vivre Co Australia supports the empowerment and equality of young women struggling with poverty in Malawi, Africa. Whilst officially halting it's beauty business during the COVID pandemic, the growing focus on holistic therapy to support mental health in Australia ignited Vivre Wellness. Vivre Co is now reigniting it's legacy with the launch of 'Tiyende Women's Collective' partnered with Africa Innovate to support women in Malawi Africa through microloans and a 6 month incubator program.
The Story of Vivre Co Australia
Definition: Vivre
'to live', 'the delight and cheerful enjoyment of being alive'

Empowering Women, Transforming Lives
From Vivre Co to Tiyenda Women's Collective
The story of Vivre Co Australia began in July 2018 as a Brisbane- based beauty business with a mission to empower and educate young girls from impoverished communities and equip them with skills for a better quality life. We have a core belief that everyone should have equal rights to a quality education and access to equal opportunity. Through our efforts, we sponsored over 70 scholarships for young girls living in poverty in Malawi, Africa creating a lasting impact inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals—including Goal 1: No Poverty, Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 5: Gender Equality.
Our work left a meaningful legacy, including collaboration with Emmanuel Mzembe, Founder of the Bikema Academic Centre, also a social enterprise. While the pandemic brought Vivre Co’s operations to a halt in 2020, its values and vision gave rise to Vivre Wellness, shifting focus toward the impact of mental health on society. Vivre Wellness emphasizes holistic well-being, mental health, and empowering individuals to fulfill their potential.
Now, we’re proud to reignite the spirit of Vivre Co, in partnership once again with Emmanuel Mzembe and Africa Innovate, through the Tiyende Women’s Collective—a program dedicated to empowering women living in poverty in Malawi, Africa. “Tiyende,” meaning “Let’s Go” in Chichewa, symbolizes our belief in forward movement and community transformation. All Hearted. United as One. Go Together.
This initiative provides microloans alongside a 6-month incubator program, offering mentorship, training, and resources to help women launch or grow their businesses. By combining financial independence with skill-building, the Tiyende Women’s Collective breaks the cycle of poverty and create sustainable, lasting change. Join us in empowering women and transforming lives. Together, let’s go further. Tiyende!
Our Impact

Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote
lifelong learning opportunities for all
We help girls in poverty by sponsoring their tuition fees and providing them with quality education. Outside of the regular school curriculum, we support programs that offer entrepreneurship, financing, servant leadership and coding skills. This teaches them core business, leadership and financing skills to help them improve their lives.

Achieve gender equality
and empower all women and girls
Through education we empower them to become and do what they want in life. This reduces their likelihood of staying in early child marriage and poverty. We believe by including them into education, mentorship and funding scholarships, we encourage them to achieve their full potential.

End poverty in
all its forms everywhere
Poverty can exist in all forms and includes a lack of education, low income, insufficient resources and basic necessities. We help provide access to quality education, learning resources and extra curricular entrepreneurial programs to empower them to become future leaders to create change in their communities.

“The poor themselves can create a poverty-free world.
All we have to do is to free them from the chains that we have put around them”
